Tag zwei in/auf Inishowen - Das Wetter sah nicht gut aus. Also verschob ich meinen Besuch nach Malin Head und fuhr zum Fort Dumree nach Buncrana. Dort angekommen musste ich tatsächlich feststellen, dass wir auch hier bereits im Herbst waren.
Jedoch kam die Sonne heraus, also beschloss ich doch zum Glenevin Waterfall zu gehen.
Nachdem ich dort einige Fotos gemacht hatte begann leichter Nieselregen. Ich fuhr zum Doagh Famine Village und machte erst einen kleinen Strandspaziergang. Doch plötzlich kam Sturm und Platzregen. Völlig durchnässt wollte ich ins Café, doch alle Plätze waren vergeben. Auch das eigentliche Village war völlig überlaufen. Also fuhr ich zurück, kaufte noch eine Bürste im Supermarkt um meine Schuhe wieder sauber zu bekommen und mache es mir für den Rest des Tages in meinem luxuriösem Zimmer bequem.
Day two in Inishowen - the weather looked not good. So I postponed my visit to Malin Head and went to the Fort Dumree in Buncrana. Once there I had to actually realize that we were here already in the autumn.
But the Sun came out, so I decided to go to the Glenevin waterfall.
Light drizzle began after I had made some photos there. I drove to the village of Doagh famine and made only a small walk. But all of a sudden storm and torrential downpour came. Totally soaked I wanted in the Café, but all seats were taken. Also the actual village was completely overrun. So I drove back, bought yet a brush into the supermarket to get my shoes clean again and am comfortable there for the rest of the day in my luxurious room.
